Malwarebytes not detecting Security Error 0x00759B Malware

I have an infection - Internet Explorer and my sound is locked up by a ransom notice, security error 0x00759B.  I have run Malwarebytes twice, it doesn't detect problem.  I have run Farbar, reports are attached.   Running Malwarebytes under license:

Hi jag1182 :)

Malwarebytes does not remove .htm files. Usually, tech support scam like these can be removed by exiting the web browser and/or flushing it's cache. It's a fake threat that only lives inside the current browsing session, and doesn't infect your system directly (compromising it).
