version 3.2.2 Threat Removal Lockup

Hi,

I have an HP laptop that trial version 3.2.2 found 15031 threats on, and locked up at 14294 threats quarantined. It has taken over 24 hours of threat quarantine to get to this point, and the unit seems to have hung up for several hours now.  If I reboot the machine,, or end the program with task manager, will the quarantined files still remain quarantined, or do I have to start all over?

That many threats can take a long time to clear.

Kill it and restart your computer and run a threat scan again.

As @Porthos has mentioned it would take a very long time to clean those out, so it may not be locked up.

That being said, if you reboot now, then run another scan you will find that many of the threats have already been removed, and any new detections can then also be removed.

Thanks, I will let it run a little longer, and if it stays in this spot, reboot and run the scan again.  I'll post the results too...
