PUP.Optional.Legacy Issue - Required Registries Deleted?

Hello,

I was hoping for a second opinion about an issue I'm having. I recently used AdwCleaner in hopes of battling Malware, which recommended that I remove the registry files shown in the attached log. However, in hindsight I'm worried that these files might have been necessary, and that their removal could result in my computer's hard drive bricking (an issue I recently had to deal with, which may have been related to similar scans in the past). Can someone let me know if these files were safe to remove? If not, is there any way I can get them back before something happens to my computer? Thank you.
