Can't activate license after HDD crash

Hello,

I had a HDD crash and had to reinstall all my apps bur MB gives error saying usage has been exceeded. I already ran mb-clean and reinstalled MB but still getting error.  Mb-clean-results.txt is attached.  I want to activate my license but how can I do that now?  Thank you in advance for your reply.
