Malware Protection module

Using version 3.1.2 premium. Under the Real-Time Protection module, the Malware protection module will not stay started. It appears to start but never does. What to do?

Can you try installing the latest 3.2.2.2018 over your existing product and let me know if that worked.

Just download the latest installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3

Run the installer on top of your existing product. No need to uninstall.

I have version 3.2.2 and have same issue.

When you do that installation, it says that the computer needs to be rebooted for the installation to continue. BUT, when you tell it to let Malwarebytes reboot the computer, it does not reboot.

AND if you reboot it, then Malwarebytes is completely removed from the computer.

I did what you suggested and the MalwareProtection module is now starting and running as it should. I did not do a restart of the PC.
