Chrome VPN Extension Blocked

I previously installed from the Chrome store Hotspot Shield VPN. It worked great for quite some time. Starting a few weeks ago, MWB keeps flagging the program as a PUP. I tried uninstalling it and installed a different VPN browser extension (Touch VPN) and got the same results. So, I put Hotspot Shield back on.  Is this malware? Or, is Malwarebytes just being overly cautious? I have attached the latest log file.

Also, I can't find the actual folder or file containing the extension....so, assuming it is safe, how can I put it on the exclusion list if I don't know where it is??

In the mean-time, to find the extension folder to exclude from detection, you will need to show hidden files since the appdata folder is hidden.

Hello,

The vulnerability has been fixed in this extension so we can fix the detection next update. Please make sure you do have the latest version. (you can check for the extension updates by going to Chrome's menu> more tools> extensions> "update extensions now". If any updates are available, they should be applied. You will likely need to relaunch chrome to apply them.
