Just bought yesterday-wouldnt download, wont even open MB site today.

Vista 64. Wasted hours now doing everything i could think of. Over 24 hrs now with no response from support.  Am I reading that it wont work with my OS? Not what sales tells you...But today, its like I'm banned from MB's site.  Everything with their name in it won't load. Firefox, Chrome, doesnt matter.  Had an old piece of a 1.xxxx version, in there I deleted.  Thinking AVG was blocking in it, I uninstalled it: mistake. now I have nothing.  Bought 3 licenses, got in phone and laptop ok. Not pc. Only thing I can think of: forgot i had free version already on laptop, came downstairs and thought I'd give it a whirl on the pc.  no go. Bought in next am, but still get nowhere.

Sorry your having this issue, that being said, you mentioned you have Vista 64.  They are having a small issue with that OS at the moment.  Have a read through this topic here:

Thanks Firefox. Any idea how to get older version in there? I can't even get on their website with this machine. Save to desktop on laptop and copy to thumbdrive , install on Vista machine? Not sure i even could with latest already on laptop.....

ok. drug version 2.2..1 out of recycle bin and got it going. Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. maybe i can get the website up after scan and work my way up to the 3.2.1 as advised until patch evolves. Really can't understand why I can't get to the MB site, no way, no how.

You can install build 3.1.2 which has no problems on vista x64.
