Can't delete PUPs

Hello,

So Adwcleaner keeps making this detections, even after cleaning and reboot (after reboot it doesn't detect anything for a few minutes -5 or so- but then they appear again). I ran other programs to be safe (Hitman Pro, Junkware Removal Tool, Malwarebytes Anti-malware, Zemana) but they don't seem to be detecting anything. Maybe could these all be false positives?. I'll attach the logfile.

Ok, so I noticed something related to the issue.

I also have SpywareBlaster on my computer, and the reason Adwcleaner keeps making these detections is because after reboot I re-enable all the protection entries on SpywareBlaster. I thought it was after a certain amount of time that was able to detect the pups again, but I made the test and left it alone (I didn´t re-enable SB entries) and ¡voilá!. Nothing.

So maybe the detections are false positives made by SB? Anyway Im leaving it as it is for now.
