Can't remove malware

Hi,

For the last while there has been malware or adware on my phone. Malwarebytes is the only program that has identified it (the rest say my phone is clean). When I try to remove it, it says removal unsuccessful. It identifies the problem as:

Android/PUP.Adware.YeMobi.a
/system/app/Fire/Fire.apk

 

My phone is a Blu Life One

Hi Dylow,

Preinstalled adware on BLU devices is a well documented issue. Read Mobile Menace Monday: Preinstalled adware and sometimes worse to learn more.

We are fighting against WindMills. Can there really be nothing against subternomen?

So that can not, some NASTY´s be erased?!

That came always from country of the center. We are hired, since who can not do anything against it, it is just so. We can not help it. Must we please? I do not think so!!!
