How concern should I be about this message? Is it a regular Skype communication or something else? The IP address is pointing to Russia.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business will alert users when network traffic is blocked from an IP address that has been found to host malicious content. Since the network traffic is blocked, the malicious IP address is unable to connect to your computer - In most cases nothing needs be done, our protection has blocked the threat from infecting you.

Users who run peer-to-peer (P2P) programs (including Skype) will see these alerts frequently, due to the nature of using random peer-to-peer connections.
