Malware Protection not turning on

My Malware Protection turned off some times back and it doesn't turn on from settings. It just shows 'starting...' and it turns off again.

Why is it that we have to keep RE-installing another version over the one currently installed since it KEEPS HAPPENING ?

Sometimes upgrades do not go correctly. Some of the older versions had issues and doing the clean install I asked you to do in your other post should fix things for good hopefully.

Lets hope so since this has happened repeatedly when updates are made
