license unvalidated

I have the same problem,   I have 2 licenses that were converted to new the new license format from boxed versions of Malwarebytes that I bought many years ago, so I cant contact cleverbridge, and I do not have an account to reset my keys.

I no longer have the original boxes or the original ID/License numbers but do have the new keys.

Both of my keys are saying that "The usage level has exceeded the max volume allowed."

Besides upgrading my computer several times, I also had to reactivate the license several times due to the logic board in my laptop being replaced 3 times this year.

How do I go about resetting the usage level of my keys?

Filled out the form,  and waiting for a response.   Hopefully they can fix this so that I can get the premium features back on my computers.
