Why all security programs do not detect Windows credentials malware

The Windows Credentials Manager isn't malicious, nor is it unwanted. This is where the credentials you use for multiple websites, services, etc. that interacts with Windows are saved, this way you don't have to log in every single time you use that service. It isn't malicious.

It is possible to disable it, but not remove it.
