petessake Posted August 16, 2017 ID:1153926 Share Posted August 16, 2017 I accidentally uninstalled my already paid for malware bytes premium and need to reinstall it quickly on windows 10. I was working with someone from malware on a problem where I could not turn on the protection for infections. They suggested three things which did not work. It all started when I started getting popups saying I lost "real time protection layers is turned off". ---the first two suggestions-1. (turn on enable self-protection module early start and reboot) and 2. (turn off the option for enable self-protection module and reboot) did not work. the third was to download (https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3_check)--but I could never get it to download. Thinking I was having billing problems I discovered I have automatic deduction and should be ok. But somehow I uninstalled malware bytes premium. Sorry I made things worse. I think I was trying to update (not upgrade) from 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 when I accidentally lost all. Now I need more help then when I started. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
