MB is Blocking OUTGOING link and/or file

I'm getting multiple notifications that Malwarebytes is blocking OUTGOING aa.online-metrix.net ... I've had these before, and in one case, someone had me use AdBlock (in Firefox) to either ignore or do something with the notification. I've also, at one point, reinstalled Firefox and that cured a different outgoing block. This is ONE of the reports ... any ideas what to do. The notifications come in waves.
