Rootkit.Fileless.MTGen & PUP.Optional.PSScriptLoad.ACMB2

I've received the following viruses when I run Malware bytes:

Registry Key: 2
PUP.Optional.PSScriptLoad.ACMB2, HKU\S-1-5-21-1397309356-3249387492-4279231004-1002\CONSOLE\%SYSTEMROOT%_SYSTEM32_SVCHOST.EXE, No Action By User, [3930], [424307],1.0.2552
PUP.Optional.PSScriptLoad.ACMB2, HKU\S-1-5-21-1397309356-3249387492-4279231004-1002\CONSOLE\TASKENG.EXE, No Action By User, [3930], [424291],1.0.2552

The above occurs every time I run Malware-bytes

 

The below occurred when I ran Malware-bytes, I am uncertain if there are any more Rootkit.Fileless.MTGen,

How do i ensure my machine is free of this viruses once and for all???
