Frustrated, can't reinstall MBA3 premium onto my windows 10 laptop

My subscription is 
3 Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium 2 Year Subscription for Windows PC, acquired August 2016 in the MBAM version 2 era, with next payment of AU$  54.95 due on 10/08/2018.

I tried to reload onto windows 10 laptop but
- the download link on my MBAM email of 2016 pointed to MBAM version 2 premium which is not the current version

- when i downloaded MBAM 3 from website iI cannot activate it with the activation key which came with my order, and

- if i try to activate by checking the box about a licence key the activation box asks for my id but when i enter my email or my reference number it won't allow activation

Please advise

In the meantime just to make sure you are trying with your license key correctly, can you please private message me your key and ID so I would check from my end.

Something to keep in mind, in MB3 when you enter your ID and KEY you have to enter it as KEY then ID.... its backwards in MB3..
