I want to use AdwCleaner for routine check-up but I need some help.

Hello! I want to use the Adwcleaner for routine Check-up but I need some help. Do I need to run AdwCleaner as Administrator? I'm using Bitdefender, should I close it? And should I upload the logfile before clean? Thanks for your help, have a nice day!

1. Better is to run as Administrator

2. No need to close BD

3. You should always save logfiles in case you need help with something that adwcleaner mark as PUP but it could be false-positive.

4. Do not delete files straight after scan. Do some research first.

Thanks for your help. How can I research the registry entries and I can't find the correct info for mookie. If I delete the cant research files? Have a nice day.

Some precision on top of what @Hallun said: please do not remove anything if you don't know what you're doing. You can simply post the scan logfile on this forum and ask for confirmation before cleaning the elements found.
