I see from the log that you're running a remote management application. This software is typically sold and installed by a company that remotely manages support issues for a company.

(Kaseya International Limited) C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaseya\CRTCN972781423564274\AgentMon.exe

I would highly recommend that you contact your local IT Support and ask for their assistance so as not to cause possible changes or settings loss from cleaning here.
