Malwarebytes Life Time License needs reset

When I uninstalled Malwarebytes 3.1 to install Malwarebytes 3.2 beta, I deactivated my lifetime license.  However, on attempting to activate my license once Malwarebytes 3.2 was installed, Malwarebytes stated that I had "excessive usage" on the license and would not accept it.  

Can a Malwarebytes technical support person examine Support Ticket #2031611 and reset the license so that I can activate Malwarebytes 3.2...please. ^_^
