partner-net.men malicious popup blocked but not cleaned

I just installed MalwareBytes 3 (still in trial period), and I ran a full scan because I have been seeing a malicious pop-up "partner-net.men" in Chrome.

This pop-up is blocked by realtime protection, but does not get detected or cleaned by running a full scan. 

In addition to a full scan with MalwareBytes 3 I tried the additional steps below:

1. Used adwcleaner_7.0.0.0

2. Used HitmanPro

3. Reset Chrome to default (disables all extensions)

 

None of this seems to work.

I too have exactly the same problem,, I have tried everything as you have, I get a warning that it has been found and blocked,

but no way to resolve it.. Do not really want this popup warning every time I turn on my computer.
