Looking for way to generate blocklist from block addresses

Does anyone know if there's a way way to generate a simple list (text file?)  of IP addresses blocked by Malwarebytes 3.1.2 to use as a block list?

Do you mean a Hosts file?

I'm not sure what a 'hosts file' is.  Another software app I often use (Tixati)  has an IP filter feature that uses block lists, which can be text files or lists generated by sites like Iblock.com.)  Most of the addresses Malwarebytes is identfying on my pc are coming through Tixati, so I thought it would make sense to block them at their 'point of entry' so to speak.
