please read log. is this false?

hello, I am getting familier with the product. I run a very clean system, but the first quick scan did pick up one object and I cant find much info on it. Log attached. please advise.

Also, I notice that when the scan completes, if I ignore the object and try to exit, I get a message that a scan is in progress, do I want to abort the scan. I would think the scan would be finished at that time. Can you tell me about the design of the dialog prompts?

Those findings are not actually false\positives or actual infections but rather settings which you have made and in some cases, malware also makes. So we scan those sections of the drive for changes which differ from default settings
