Protection System Virus

I recently got the protection system virus. I ran malwarebytes and when I pressed "remove infections" it said it removed some of the infections but not all. So I'm posting my log files for both HijackThis and Malwarebytes. It doesn't seem like a huge problem, since after the restart Protection System didn't automatically start when I booted up and I'm not getting any of the fake warnings anymore. My comp is just running a tad slow now, that's all.
