License number refuse

Message: there is a problèm with your license key and we are unable to activate you license. Please check your license detail and try entering your key again

I bought Malwarebytes for several years. Following an infection, I had to do a thorough cleaning. I reinstalled my malwarebytes with CD + key / ID, activation is OK, malware update has been performed stopped working and is only in "test mode" mode. I tried to reactivate my version with its key and ID without success ...! Help me!

Not to be condescending, but please be sure you are entering these values in the correct boxes. Many have reversed the key and ID values which does not work.

Be sure you have no blank spaces before and after the key and that the dashes are there as well.

Please note the checkbox and the words "My license came with a License ID." If you are using our "old-style" license, you will also need to check that box and enter your License ID along with the Key.

Important: Please note that you must be online with an active Internet connection in order to successfully activate your Premium license.

The construction of the Key is different, so make sure that you choose the right screen for entering your license information based on whether you have an ID and Key, or just a Key.
