Vitumonde.prx Infection

Hello,

I have a Virtumonde.prx infection that so far has eluded Malwarebytes Anti-malware, Superantispyware, Spybot and even Combo.fix.

I have the following issues: Hardware Manager sees my printer (HP8450), Control Panel does not. I am unable to install a printer. HP's online troubleshooting tool does not fix the problem. My CD and DVD-RW drives are seen twice by Windows, each device gets TWO drive letters. This has pushed my external data drive to a new letter, so shortcuts to music files are no good. Disk Management does not see anything so I am unable to reassign drive letters.

System restore sees restore points, when when I attempt to use it, nothing happens.

I also had a persistent Win32.TDSS.rtk infection that Combo.fix was able to remove this evening.
