svchost.exe taking up over 125,000 K of memory, pc running slow and eratic

I have a fairly new PC running windows vista 64bit. It starting running slow alittle while ago so I ran a malwarebytes which only found 4 virus's. After removing these the pc still was very sluggish and eratic in nature. When I open task manager while the system is idle the process's are moving up and down, with some process's taking up 1 to 4 cpu at random times. I've pasted the log from malwarebytes and hijackthis. Please help! thanks!
