trojan.tdss malware problem,plz help

hello,i was recently hit by trojan.tdss and i cant seem to kick it with anything. heres the logs from hijackthis and malwarebytes.

Hi and welcome to the MBAM forums <_<

You have CLB/WinNT.Alureon rootkit(hjgru variant) on board that is restoring thoes items

Please use the following walkthrough as guide/fix

Please post back the log generated from the MBAM quick scan after hopefully nuking the rootkit.
