Junkware Removal Tool is updated but not updated.

Greetings, I know that the title of the post is a bit confusing, but that is exactly what is happening to me.

I run JKT and it is updated to version 8.1.4, but if I re-run it it says that I have 8.1.3 and re-download 8.1.4.

I also tested it on another PC that had version 8.1.0 and does the same, supposedly it releases version 8.1.4 but when it is re-run it again indicates that it has 8.1.0 and re-download 8.1.4.

Hi Hijin25,

The newer version of JRT should be on your desktop in a folder called "JRT_NewerVersion". The original version does not get replaced. If you have trouble finding this folder, it may be due to a non-English operating system.

Thanks for the clarification, then I should download the new version independently, right? Since I have an operating system in Spanish.
