How long does it take to answer a ticket?

I raised a ticket over 30 hours ago since updating, having to delete and reinstall, having a license issue

Ticket #2018663

Could someone possibly have a look/respond please, thanks :rolleyes:

From what I have heard, it takes anywhere from 2-3 business days...

It is possible that @nikhils may be able to help as well here on the forums.

What exactly is your license issue that you are having?  Are you getting an error code of some sort?

You ticket is in the queue and it seems you filed it yesterday.

Please give support 2/3 days to respond as they are working multiple items currently.

If you don't hear back by Monday/Tuesday , please let me know and I can contact the team.

Apologize for the delay but they have been handling a lot of issues lately and take on tickets on a first come first serve basis.
