BSOD after attempting to update mbam|

Recommended Posts

So Malwarebytes told me it was out of date and i was like "ok ill update" (this had been popping up for a while now, I was too lazy to update) So I ran the installer and right when it started installing, it bsod'ed. The error was kernel_security_check_failure. So I was like alright. When my computer rebooted after it dumped it had a disk check. Now, these things sounded a lot like notpeytra so I skipped it. My computer booted up normally. So I want to know what I should do to fix this. This is my first BSOD but according to bluescreenview and C:\windows\minidump this is my second one??? In bluescreenview, there is no address. Here is the .dmp(there was an upload error when I tried uploading it):http://www103.zippyshare.com/v/BmUS4FBb/file.html

I tried updating later and it blue screened! so how can I update Malwarebytes?

Hello @Billydankmememes and :welcome:

Although the possibility of an interfering/incompatible driver does exist, the Malwarebytes' staffers and helpers require the crucial information from the logs/files produced below:

Please read the Locked/Pinned topic near the top of this subforum at Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & Vista.

Then, please attach the 2 requested zipped files and the 13 answers for the requested computer/system information.

Thank you.
