Annoying PopUP

I was a subscriber for many years to Premium Malwarebytes.  My computer died and I purchased a new one.  Unfortunately my subscription had expired for premium and therefore I decided to try the free version for free period.  I have not upgraded and am currently using the free version.  BUT, I get an annoying pop up every single day when I start my computer reminding me that my premium trial has expired and giving me options to subscribe or stay free....I check stay downgraded, but EVERY DAY I get the same annoying pop up.  Is it possible to remove this and if not, I think I will just uninstall the free version and try another option   I went to settings on the current version and unchecked keep me updated, but still get the same pop up every day at log on.

When you click on Stay Downgraded, do you also click on the OK after or do you just X out?

Yes...I spoke with customer service chat and they had no recommendations other than to come back to the forum...so, I uninstalled Malwarebytes completely...have not reinstalled the free version yet, but may do so in the future....now I dont have the problem when my computer starts....guess that is the easiest solution.

One other option is in the account tab you can always click on End Trial there as well.
