I turned my computer on this morning and there was an update from Malwarebytes. I downloaded the update as normal, and then started a scan. I then read that I had been changed from a paid edition, to a free one. I went into retrieve my licence. When I entered the licence details, I got a message that "I had exceeded the usage level for the licence". I'm not sure if I have or not, as I have a licence that never runs out. I have reset this computer twice now, so that would be 2 activations plus 1 for when I bought it, plus this is the 3rd computer that I have had. I can assure you that when I disposed of the other computers, all the programs were taken off, and a hole was drilled through the hard drive. Can you help please

I have sent a report in about this and my  ticket number is #2011295
