Telephone help offered by Indian accented company

Hello,

     I left a message on a website claiming to be malwarebytes telephone support. This was from a Google search. They returned my call and walked me through some malwarebytes error pop-up issues.

They used a site call fastsupport.com to remote access my computer and remove files using %temp% and %prefetch% searches. They also sold me computer cleaning contracts for $198 and a permanent malwarebytes contract. Is this a legitimate company, Coop Info LLC? i can get the funds returned because they are through paypal.

They seemed to be ignorant of the malwarebytes programs.

You have been scammed. I would get that charge reversed and cancel that credit card.

Because they are not Malwarebytes.

As @Porthos says please cancel your charge on your card as this is not Legit.
