License does not work (usage level reached)

Hi, I have a lifetime license for MBAM Premium. I have reinstalled my Windows, it is the same computer. Microsoft knows that, MBAM apparently doesn't.

I have contacted support on June 30. No reply yet.

I get a message that the usage level for the license has been reached. I have reinstalled my Windows, and before that I had deactivated the license in the old Windows installation. It is the same computer. But MBAM refuses to activate.

If a hacker has hacked me despite using MBAM, it is MBAM's fault and I have to be provided with a new lifetime license. If a hacker made a keygen which generated that specific key, it is MBAM's own fault and I have to be provided with a new lifetime license. If it failed due to reinstalling Windows, it is MBAM's own fault and I have to be provided with a new lifetime license.

Hi, it's me again.

I have problem with another license. I have deactivated it from all devices from https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/subscriptions

It still shows as being used in multiple places.

Can I have a list of computernames and IPs that have connected to it? This could be part of a fraud investigation.
