Looks like a False Positive from JRT on the Chrome extension for MEGA.

Successfully deleted: C:\Users\LorD\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\bigefpfhnfcobdlfbedofhhaibnlghod (Folder)
