Malwarebytes only "opens" in Safe Mode

I'm really confused on what's going on, any type of scan that I do shows up showing nothing wrong
Everytime I open up Malwarebytes, I can see that the process is showing up in the Task Manager, and on my task bar, but the window itself won't open up.
However when I am in safe mode is when it shows up, but even a threat scan there doesn't show any malware being detected.
I'm honestly stumped ;;

Hello Valinorum!! And yeah I have a few times actually, cause I tried finding some fixes for it but none of them work, I even used MBAM-Cleaner a few times but even after that it will still only show the window in Safe Mode.

Can you start by uninstalling Malwarebytes, and run mb-clean.exe by following the instructions in the thread below?

Good Now please install Malwarebytes 3.1.2 from the link in the thread below, and see if it opens in Normal mode.

I reinstalled it but, no dice, the processes are still showing up in Task Manager, but now I don't see the icon on my task bar like I was before :x

Do you see a process called mbamtray.exe? And you don't see the Malwarebytes icon in the system tray? If you click on the small arrow pointing upward (to see more icons)?

This is weird indeed. Did you restart your computer after the installation?

Also, can you try disabling avast!, and launch Malwarebytes?

Sorry that took a bit, work was a bit tense today ;;
But I just tried disabling my Avast long enough to open up Malwarebytes and I see it load up as a Background Process in my Task Manager (Which it has been doing) but doesn't show up on the tray or as a window still

Like, just restarting normally into a normal boot and not messing with any startup tools or disabling anything?

Just did a clean boot annnnnnnd, same result, also forgot to add that I get this at the very first startup as well (Since I haven't reboot in a bit)

Ran it, it was successful and I did the restart as instructed, but I'm still getting the same result of it showing up in the processes and taskbar, and the window itself not opening
