Malwarebytes detects all type of malware: adware, browser hijacker, trojan, RATs, keyloggers, etc.

The detections are the same in Malwarebytes Free and Premium, though Premium offers real-time protection so if a threat is detected on the system, it'll be blocked and deleted in real-time. You don't need to run your daily, weekly, etc. scan to find it.
