Malwarebytes and HJT this will not install!!

Recommended Posts

Moved: I'm typing this from my cellphone. I downloaded malwarebytes but it would not install even though I changed the name. I ran zonealarm extreme and it found three viruses all of them in system\32. Zonealarm says the last virus is in memory and that it will remove it on restart but it doesn't go away time after time. I downloaded HJT and it will not install.

I attempted to find and disable the hidden driver TSS something but it wasn't there. I tried to run zonealarm in safe mode but it won't start up!

I continually get this error- The instruction at "0x7c8841ee" references memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

HELP! Thanks in advance

Edit: Still can't load Malwarebytes or HTJ. The bug seems to have complete control over internet explorer. In the task manager even when I don't have an internet explorer browser open i still see: iexplorer.exe. I stop it and I get a message in a bubble that says something like: Windows has recovered this lost tab. The "arrow" on the bubble isn't pointing to anything though. If I try to do a google search using internet explorer either in the search shortcut tool bar or going to google.com it appears the proper results come up but when I click on the link I get shortcutted to advertisments. The bug has been able to turn off my Zone alarm extreme browser "forcefield". I don't know what it is but it's heading me off on all fronts!!

Welcome to Malwarebytes!!!! <_<

We need to see some additional information about what is happening in your machine.

Please perform the following scan:

  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.

[*]Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.

[*]A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool.

[*]When done, DDS will open two (2) logs

    1. DDS.txt

    2. Attach.txt

[*] Save both reports to your desktop.

[*] The instructions here ask you to attach the Attach.txt.

    DDS.jpg

[*]Instead of attaching, please copy/past both logs into your next reply.

[*]Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.

Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run.

After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection.

Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
