Unable to connect to service

I have Malwarbytes installed on two PC's at home. One of them is working fine, the other is giving me the error. I have read through several of the topics on the issue and followed the information provided to try fix it but still getting the error. Here is what I have done:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

1) Downloaded mb-clean-

2) Ran it on the PC removing Malwarebytes

3) After restart I was prompted to download the latest exe and install. I did that.

4) Still getting the error so I ran, mb-check-

Please let me know what else I can try to fix this issue.

There's a known issue with MB3 and F-Secure. To fix this, go into F-Secure settings to the following page and click the exclusions link at the bottom. Then add C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-malware to the exclusions. Then restart and your issue should be resolved
