If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: mb-check-results.zip, FRST.txt, Addition.txt) Please let us know how it goes. Can you please follow the steps below to grab another set of logs that will help us? Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService ProgramData may be hidden, if so, you will need to type the path manually or turn on showing hidden files/folders Right click the logs folder and choose Send to -> Compressed (Zipped) Folder This will create a zip file, possibly on your desktop Please upload the zip file in your reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Would Kaspersky stop Malwarebytes accessing the Internet for its updates automatically. Also having Malwarebytes 3 do I really need Kaspersky, would Windows defender safe to use instead.
