Windows.old folder always generated in drive :C and :D

Hello guys hope you all on the net i'm so frustrated since my laptop hibernated and suddenly (tomorrow i turned my pc again) there are MULTIPLE (yes, i mean both of my drive) Windows.old folder for no reason. And it contains unknown file(s) that so MANY (see picture below:( ) and it takes half of my harddisk drive.

I tried to delete them, but it came again and again.

And now i dunno what should i do:( please help me. I have try adware and other scanners but i confused what to do next hehe XD
