Powershell Running Malware/Virus Commands

I'm having the exact same problem as is described in the post here, but as the response to that post specifically says that no one other than the original poster should follow those instructions, I figured I'd make my own post here. Any help would be appreciated!

Please open Malwarebytes and check for updates. Then run a Threat Scan and post back the results.

Actually, hold on. I see you have the older version of our product.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version 2.2.0.1024

 

Please read the following topic and then run the Malwarebytes Clean Removal tool mb-clean

The download link for the tool is:   https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean

Restart the computer when done and reinstall Malwarebytes 3 with the latest build again.

Here is the link for the latest installer:  https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3  but the Clean Removal tools should install it for you too.

The log shows you did not ask Malwarebytes to remove what it found. Please scan again and make sure you tell Malwarebytes to remove what it finds and post back the new log.
