This ransomware is detected by our Anti-Ransomware product and the real-time protection components in MB3. If you're running those, you should be safe. However, this is a good reminder that you should run windows update, because the patch for this vulnerability was already released by Microsoft.

As mentioned above though, Microsoft released a patch for Windows XP that helps to stop this threat as well.
