We will have to wait for some staff assistance but FYI.

Reference: System Requirements and OS support for Malwarebytes 3.0

Unfortunately, the Consumer/Home edition of Malwarebytes 3.0 does not support any Microsoft Server  You may wish to contact a business product representative through the Malwarebytes' business unit at their URL: https://www.malwarebytes.com/business/

I downloaded FRST, put it onto a memory stick, went to Server recovery prompt, ran the program from there, used a fixlist.txt from another thread in this forum and rebooted.

I advice you not to do the same thing in the future. FRST fixlists are custom-made for the systems they are meant to be used on. This fixlist could have crashed your server. Can you list the thread where you downloaded it from?

Also, I would tell your Network Manager friend that installing Malwarebytes 3 on server editions of Windows for business/commercial purpose is not support and not legal according to the EULA/ToS.

Glad you got it working, but as mentioned, MB3 is not supported on server operating systems at the moment. That doesn't mean it won't run, just that we don't do as much testing on those operating systems at this time, so there may be issues that arise.

That being said, if you need a solution for your company, I'd highly recommend you check out our new cloud based Incident Response and Endpoint Protection software that rolls out tomorrow. You can find more information on that here: https://blog.malwarebytes.com/malwarebytes-news/2017/06/announcing-malwarebytes-endpoint-protection-next-generation-antivirus-replacement-businesses/
