So i was already following a step by step guide via email with another malware bytes technician. Because malware bytes could not run, so he walked me thorugh some tasks that removed malware that was blocking malware bytes. Thats what i assumed happened at least. I preformed a scan, it deleted many trojans and such. Everythin seemed fine, until i couldnt connect to the internet. I've summarized that due to the absense of a malware program, my internet is messed up. Before i realized that, i restarted my internet and PC many times in attemps to fixing it.
I need assistance ASAP since i despratley need to be able to use my internet, thanks in advance.

I know you guys are gonna ask me to use this farbar tool, i already have recent diagnotic files, but i couldnt upload them on here for some reason, so would i copy paste the contents instead?

I've been trying to fix this for hours now, didnt get a email back from the assistant helping me so i hope someone else can lend a hand.

Thanks in advance

Hello and Welcome to Malwarebytes

Sorry to hear you are/were infected.  Right now your best course of action is to stick with the technician that is helping you.  It is the weekend over here right now so that could be why your not getting replies.  That being said, the only other thing you can do is seek help from the experts but that is done in another section of the forum, please read below...

We are not permitted to work on possible malware-related issues here in this section of the forum.
Such work is conducted in a special forum area reserved for that purpose, or at the help desk.

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.

It explains the options for free, expert help -->>AND<<-- the suggested, preliminary steps to expedite the process.
A malware analyst will assist you with looking into your issue.

Thank you
