For the second time I've had a web window open inviting me to download a Critical Chrome Update (screenshot and web address attached). Because Chrome usually does updates automatically in the background, and the URL looks strange, I'm thinking of ignoring it again.  However, my Malwarebytes software hasn't popped up any warnings.  Good advice would be most welcome.  Thanks.

Of course, it is fake. It appears it is just a redirect from an advertisement that might have been shown in your Gmail. I suggest you consider an ad blocker like Ublock Origin for your Browser.

Also that site has already been taken down as of this posting. They come and go so fast even Malwarebytes cant stop them all.
