Because Chrome usually does updates automatically in the background, and the URL looks strange, I'm thinking of ignoring it again. However, my Malwarebytes software hasn't popped up any warnings. I suggest you consider an ad blocker like Ublock Origin for your Browser. Also that site has already been taken down as of this posting. They come and go so fast even Malwarebytes cant stop them all.
