Reading this is not encouraging. I am also getting what the first user described on the same build he has. But he posted it in February. It is now May and I am getting the same thing for the first time but it appears there is no fix for it? And when I try the contact link, I get a message saying I do not have permission to contact support? What the heck did I pay for this product for then?

  • 1 month later...

This has returned after a month but now the issue is with "Exploit Protection" real-time protection remains off, no matter what I do. I have tried sending in email via the contact form twice with no response. Really beginning to consider looking for a new solution after years of using MB happily.

Hello @Glupii

Here is how to fix the Anti Exploit turning off  issue.

1. Download the latest MB 3 installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3
2. Run the installer on top of your existing product. (Note you don't have to uninstall anything, just run the installer again)
3. After the install your issue should be fixed and you should see Anti Exploit turned on.

Please let me know if that worked.

This occurred because after a recent upgrade some of our files did not get replaced correctly.
