Deactivate license Malwarebyes from older computers and move to new laptop

Hi,

Could any one guide me how to I deactivate my license from my older laptop and move to freshly installed application.

I have recently formatted my harddisk due to crash and installed windows and malware bytes again, but i did not deactivate the license on older application, when I try to activate the license malware is not allowing it. I get the message box of the attached file.
