Windows shows two versions of MWB installed?

I recently installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware v3.1.2.1733.   Before the installation, there is no Malwarebytes listed in Apps &  features or Programs and Features in Windows 10 Home x64 v1703 Build 15063.413.  However, it seems after installing, there are two entries in both Apps &  features or Programs and Features in Windows:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware versione 2.2.1.1043
Malwarebytes version 3.1.2.1733

The Malwarebytes version 3.1.2.173 should be there but is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware versione 2.2.1.1043 supposed to be there because I have uninstalled Malwarebytes version 3.1.2.173 and both entries are gone but as soon as I install Malwarebytes version 3.1.2.1733, the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware versione 2.2.1.1043 is there in addition to Malwarebytes version 3.1.2.1733.  I even used Revo Uninstaller to force uninstall the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware versione 2.2.1.1043 entry which deleted the registry entries for it so it no longer appeared but reinstalling  Malwarebytes version 3.1.2.173 brought the entry back.

Very strange. Can you please gather the logs outlined in the thread below and post them in a response?
